決まったスタイルはございません。ご要望にあわせて一つ一つオーダーメイド。それが暁雲閣ホールのセレモニースタイルです。
セレモニーイメージ、お客さまのご要望など、細部にわたりお聞かせください。会場、お料理、演出など、お施主様の方々のご希望に合わせてご用意いたします。
準備の段階から当日のセレモニーの進行、お帰りのお見送りまで、きめ細かくお手伝いいたします。
専用の会場玄関とロビー
お車でご来館にも便利な会場専用の玄関と、静かで広々とした会場ロビーを設置。セレモニープロデューサーがお客様をお迎えいたします。
お荷物は会場専用のクロークでお預かりいたしますので、ゆとりをもってセレモニーにご出席いただけます。
細やかな心配りのお見送り
お帰りのご案内、ハイヤーやタクシーなど、お車の及びをいたします。
お車が到着いたしますまでお待合所にてお待ちいただきます。
万全のVIPのお迎え
特別な政治、財界関係の来賓など、大切なお客さまのご来館が予想される場合はセレモニープロデューサーに予め申しつけてください。
経験豊かなプロトコール（VIP担当）を事前に会場へ配置し、お出迎え、ご案内いたします。警備面にも万全を期しておりますのでご安心ください。
また、セレモニー期間中の留守宅24時間警備業務も承りをいたしておりますので、不在期間中の留守宅の心配もございませんのでご安心ください。

会場の前には、広々とした前室を設けております。
充実した諸設備
会場専用のクローク、広く余裕のある化粧室、ゆったりとした着替え室など、ご来賓の方々に気持ちよくご参列いただくための諸設備も充実しております。
安心と安全をご用意
ご高齢のお客様、ハンデキャップのあるお客様にも、化粧室スロープの設置や盲導犬、介助犬の対応など、安心してご利用いただけます。
また、小さなお子様のためのベビールームもご用意しております。
40台の駐車スペース
40台の駐車スペースをご用意しております。
出入庫の際には専任の誘導係を配置しており、お車がスムーズに流れるようお手伝いいたします。
ゆっくりとお寛ぎいただける客室
ごゆっくりとお寛ぎいただける、快適で落ち着いた1階の控え室は、大きな控え室窓から見る隣接した順覚寺本堂、木造建築の巧みの技を集結し建築されており、夜になると外の檜作り回廊と、小庭園の中にたたずむ石灯籠に温かみのある暖色の光が灯り、京都祇園の風情を思わせる日本文化の落ち着いた雰囲気と空間を体験いただけるロケーションの控え室です。

There is no fixed style. Each ceremony is personalized. That is our style for a ceremony at "Gyounkaku" hall.
Please tell us all the detail of your ceremony image and special requirements. We arrange the hall,foods,ceremony direction and so on to meet our clients' need.
We help the client arrange all detail such as the preparation of the ceremony and the ceremony proceedings on the day and sending off everyone who attends.
Private entrance and lobby
We have a private entrance of the hall for clients who drive here and a quiet and spacious lobby. A funeral director will welcome you there.
You can leave your bags at a private cloakroom so that you have enough time before you attend a ceremony.
Sending off with care
We can arrange a taxi or limousine when the clients are leaving.
You can wait in a waiting lounge until the car arrives.
Reliable VIP reception
Please tell our funeral director in advance if you expect a special person to attend such as a political or business leader.
We arrange our experienced protocol staff (for VIP) at the hall to meet them at the entrance and to attend them.
Please feel comfortable that we take all possible means for security. And we have a 24-hour security service to watch an empty house during a ceremony for house safety.
The front chamber where there is a space
In front of the meeting place,established the extensive front chamber.
Well-set up facilities
We have various facilities for people attending a ceremony so that feel comfortable. There include a private cloakroom,specious rest room and changing room.
Security and safety
For elderly and disabled persons there is a sloped ramp to a restroom and we can arrange a guide dog and service dog for a comfortable stay.
Parking for 40 cars
We have parking spaces for 40 cars. Our parking staff will be there to guide you for smooth parking.
A comfortable and spacious waiting lounge
A waiting lounge is locates on the first floor where you can relax and feel comfortable and it is just outside of the main hall of "Junkakuji-Temple" which is of wooden architecture build using a masterful design.
At night time you can see a cypress cloister outside and the warm light of the stone garden lantern standing in a small garden. It will remind you of Gion in Kyoto and you can enjoy the feeling of peaceful atmosphere of Japanese culture.
